No, a converted single car garage! I'm just a good organiser and use casters on every power tool. The house was built in 1932, a double brick art deco and the garage was added in the early two thousands and is 3m x 5m. I have 3x3.5 because the laundry and storage wall. The studio is the "world's smallest nightclub," and is at the front. There's a sound insulated wall where the panel lift door used to be. It's a work in progress.
